Co-Director Don Riley
Don has a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University and a master’s degree in education from Purdue Fort Wayne. He has taught music for Hamilton Community Schools and Lakewood Park Christian School. He has been directing the Auburn Community Band for over 10 years.
Co-Director Angela Bassett
Angela Bassett started in the Auburn Community Band playing clarinet when she was a Freshmen 2005. The Auburn Community Band was part of the inspiration that lead her to pursue a career as a music teacher and she has been a music teacher in Fort Wayne since 2014 teaching band, orchestra, and general music. She has also been an assistant conductor starting in 2014 and is now co-director.
